Roofed Right America has been named #86 on the Top 100 Roofing Contractors list by Roofing Contractor for 2018. The annual list recognizes the nation’s leading roofing contractors based on performance, growth, and operational excellence.
The recognition reflects Roofed Right America’s continued investment in people, training, and systems designed to improve efficiency and deliver consistent quality to its clients.
“Organic growth in investments (and) in personnel continued revenue growth for the company,” said Adam Brissman, co-owner of Roofed Right America.” We have been hiring and training new project managers and investing a lot of time and money in training for OSHA 30 classes, just started a Wisconsin Dept of Workforce Development-approved training program for roofing and sheet metal, as well as a massive overhaul of our in-house training programs. Every hour we spend training the project managers and the other employees increases our revenue by reducing rework, increasing staff retention, and client referrals by the visible quality compared to other contractors they have dealt with.
Roofed Right America also remains focused on productivity and process improvement.
